Fall engagement

Looking forward to the Oct 2008 wedding. (It has been booked for a very long time for all those people calling about Oct 08 weddings - sorry!) A great couple to work with - the groom actually gave suggestions for pictures! Imagine that! :) A couple that can ignore the photographer and just be themselves is always wonderful for pictures!

This year the fall sessions booked up really fast and I had to tell alot of people no and I really feel bad saying no to people. Fall is a busy time of year because of the beautiful leaves, cooler weather and people wanting pictures to give at the holidays. But I can take fewer appts because of the earlier evenings and the unpredictable weather. So for next year please call ahead if you want an appt. Alot of my sessions this fall were past clients that called way in advance - they are catching on ;)

Time is flying by!!

It just hit me tonight how late in the year it already is... PLEASE get your orders in NOW for the holidays. If you don't get your order in before Dec 1st you WILL NOT get your pictures before Christmas. I will be calling you all to remind you in the next few days. I will be gone from Dec 12th till Jan. So if you order after the first I will not be able to get them back from the lab and to you before I leave which means you won't have the pictures till 2008! So get those orders in by emailing me or calling me.

Well after many reschedules due to weather and our busy lives we finally got this session done! While it was really cold it was a great morning for pictures. She is my last senior for the year! The senior appts really filled up quick this year - so keep that in mind for next year ;)
